Steve Jobs outstood the technology market through his leadership qualities. After dropping out from the college he became a revolutionary and an extraordinary leader. He followed the principle of innovation. An innovation, which made our lives much easier and of standard.

The followers needed a strong leader having a vision. Jobs proved to be the visionary leader. He kept his customers first. This is the reason for Apple's success.

He was that leader under whose leadership the employees, colleagues were free to take initiative and bring up the ideas to lead the company.

He was a risk taker. The impact of his leadership was that he did not adjusted himself according to the market but the market had adjusted itself according to his actions. He established a strong base of Apple company.

The result was increase in the share of the company from $5 billion in 2000 to $ 351 billion today, one of the biggest publicly listed companc in the U.S.
