PREGANANCY BRINGS A VARIETY OF CHANGES TO A WOMENS BODY. SOME OF THESE CHANGES ARE VISIBLE AND SOME OF THEM ARE NOT VISIBLE.THESE CHANGES HELPS THE MOTHER TO BEAR THE CHILD AND DELIVER THE CHILD. THE CHANGES ARE NOT ONLY PHYSICAL BUT THERE ARE ALSO EMOTIONAL CHANGES.

1.BREAST SIZE INCREASES DURING PREGNANCY.

WOMEN BREAST SIZE INCREASES DURING PREGNANCY . WOMEN WILL FEEL THEIR BREAST MORE SWOLLEN, SORE , TINGLY AND UNUSUALLY SENSITIVE TO TOUCH DURING PREGNANCY.

CAUSE: THE REASON FOR THE INCREASE IN BREAST SIZE IS DURING PREGNANCY IS INCREASED HORMONE LEVELS WHICH INCREASES BLOOD FLOW TO  BREAST TISSUES.

2. CHANGE:INCREASE IN HAIR GROWTH

A WOMEN MAY HAVE INCREASED HAIR GROWTH DURING THE DAYS OF PREGNANCY. HAIR GROWTH IS SEEN NOT ONLY ON THE HEAD BUT ON THE BODY PARTS LIKE UPPER LIPS,STOMACH , BACK AND NIPPLES.

CAUSE: REASON BEHIND THE INCREASE IN HAIR GROWTH DURING PREGNANCY IS INCREASE IN THE LEVEL OF ESTROGEN IN WOMENS BODY DURING PREGNANCY.

3.CHANGE: WOMEN FEELS MORE WARMER AND SWEAT A LOT DURING PREGNANCY

THE BODY TEMPERATURE OF WOMEN INCREASES DURING PREGNANCY TIME.

CAUSE:

BODY TEMPERATURE INCREASES DURING PREGNANACY TIME IS DUE TO INCREASED METABOLIC RATE . SWEAT GLAND ACTIVITY ALSO INCREASES THIS CAUSES MORE SWEATING DURING PREGNANCY TIME.

4. BACK PAIN DURING PREGNANCY TIME

WOMEN EXPERIENCE BACK PAIN DURING PREGNANCY . THE PAIN STARTS FROM THE LOWER BACK AND EXTENDS TO THE LEG.

CAUSE: WOMEN EXPERIENCE BACK PAIN DURING PREGNANCY BECAUSE THERE IS MORE SECRETION OF HORMONE RELAXIN DURING PREGNANCY PERIOD. RELAXIN STRETCHES JOINTS AND LIGAMENTS ALL OVER THE BODY. RELAXIN ALSO RELAXES LIGAMENTS IN THE PELVIS TO PREPARE IT FOR DELIVARY. THIS CAUSES BACK PAIN.

5.INCREASE IN THE FEET GROWTH DURING PREGNANCY TIME:

SOME WOMENS EXPERIENCE INCREASE IN FEET GROWTH DURING PREGNANCY

CAUSE: INCREASE IN FEET GROWTH IS DUE TO INCREASE IN THE SECRETION OF GROWTH HORMONES DURING PREGNANCY.
