What would be the SWOT of new CRM in an new establsihed E-commerce? Please provide information as much as possible. Provide specific SWOT specifically for CRM. As an Business Relationship Management for the newly established E-commerce company, SWOT can be described as the company's internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats. The SWOT of new CRM should be as follows: STRENGTHS:- Time-Saving(i.e. Online transaction should be faster and multiple trusted payment gateways should be available) , 24x7 availability (i.e. 24 hours and 7days a week along with each and every business in operation and even during late night hours), Cost-Effective(competitive prices for the products), Quick exchange of information (i.e. fast and accurate information for the merchant and customers gives prompt and quick reverts) etc. WEAKNESSES: Avoid deliveries delays (i.e. delivereries are usually outsourced which can be very time consuming, which may extend days or week, which can cancel the order placed), Constraints of product availability (i.e. only a limited number of products are available on the site), Limited advertisement for the listed products etc. OPPORTUNITIES: Change in trends of business(i.e showing-in multiples of brands as now a days people are very brand conscious), High availability of products (i.e. consumer should have all the opportunities to shop as per their likes and needs), Regular global expansion (i.e. E-commerce site are being operated globally so it should always have a scope of expansion without any interuptions) etc. THREATS: Competitors (competition increases day by day not just locally but also globally), Frauds (fraud carries risk of permanant damage to the businees), Privacy concerns.
