Briefly describe how you would make your classroom look like a place where learning is celebrated. Also, explain why classroom routines are important for students of all age. Minimum of 3 paragraphs.

Learning is an act that is seldom given the full credit it deserves. There is a propensity of teachers to take the role of a preacher as opposed to that of a teacher. In moments of the former role, students tend to not appreciate the way the process of learning and the way knowledge is being imparted in, which leads to the depreciation of respect of the teacher in the eyes of the students.

One of the most rudimentary aspects of making learning a celebrated concept is to help making thr classroom a interactive space, where the teacher is not the only one talking, but the students have achance at discussion as well. Teaching and learning is all about a back and forth of ideas, doubts and understanding that helps in the dissemination of blocks of information in a celebatory manner.

Classroom routines help in this process, classroom activities propel the act of knowledge that too in a fun way. It is important to inculcate a certain perception towards knowledge, from that of a young age, in order to have a more objective outlook towards this process.
