The practice of morning and evening gratitude practice helps in Building a positive thinking which brings behavioral change . It makes strong muscles and strengthen the awareness of thoughts , feeling and body cues .This gratitude bring emotional and family support . It is found that it brings positive emotion , feeling of liveliness , express more compassion and even have stronger immune system. Gratitude practice includes , smiling more often , an act of kindness in life everyday , interaction with parents more often, complementing and greeting each other , thanking God for what you have and people whom you love, focus on strength and other gratitude practice.
