Ans: A company should make great product, tell a great story, provide supeior service and build a great team. The vision and mission statement of Under Armour exactly fulfills above mentioned criterias.

It claims in the vision statement that products are designed in such a way that need is created in the market. The customers were not aware of of that need but certainly there was a gap which is fulfilled by Under Armour.

It also claims that the customers can't imagine living without it. It means that they are confident about the product, employees are ready to produce the product and they are ready to cater to the market demand. By doing so they would create a new market for the product and hence their public image would be like a company which provides best possible solution.

It's mission statement talks about making the customer's life better. This would create a positive impact in market and customer's mind that the product is not talking about itself but trying to improve other's life.
