b. Reviewing the employee performance giving the necessary feedback from either their immediate supervisor or HR department can help to improve on the weak areas or upgrade the knowledge necessary for that particular job.
c. Rewarding the employees for their contribution and hardwork can have impact on the morale and productivity. Appreciating and encouraging the staff to achieve the goal or improve their performance can help in organizational engagement.
d. Providing employees flexibility at work like the work from home or flexi time can create a sense of commitment towards the work as well as help to achieve the work life balance as a result productivity and engagement will increase.
e. Reviewing the employee skills and knowledge to help employee in their career development is vital as it indicates the employee that organization is investing in them and motivates them to develop and improve their work performance.
