A typical day---------------- It is hard,You're dealing with being a mum for the first time and the pressures that come with it (both from society and from your own expectations) and then you have broken sleep on top of that. But it does get better. The first 6 weeks are the hardest. Nothing really prepares you though. It's not until you're living it that you understand what it actually mean. I have got a supportive partner, family. They offer me help such as to cook a meal, clean the house, run a bath for me, change the nappy, whatever i need them to do get them to do it.
