1. Networking - It is a business activity by which businessman connect with other business owners, share information, become partners and do work together.
It is like a social network to make a good business relationship. Many business owners create business networking to generate new business.
2. Negotiations process - It is a process to make a settlement between different opinions.
In this process, we have to listen to everyone demand and decisions. Then we will talk with others about negotiating their demands. We will fulfill some demands to make a perfect decision by keeping a good relationship with all.
3. Ethics and influencing – In a business, the work culture is the most important influence on ethical behavior. The work culture states how to treat with workers and make a belief in other business partners as they are trusted person.
This culture teaches workers how to behave with customers to keep a good relationship. It influences on work ethics of every worker.
