A leader can influence the development of values and structures that impact the behaviour of people towards learning and innovation.Leadership skills can help you in all aspects of your career.

1. I also have a few good Leadership skills like

• observing people very carefully and understand their psychology. That is very important aspect for leaders because if they did not understand psychology of people, they can't influence peoples. Effective leadership transforms people's goals and their ambitions.
• Patience : i also Focus on patience because good leader always have long term planning they think about future and in case of innovation patience is very important because innovation take long time.
• Good management
• Some other skills like Empathy, Active listening and positivity.

2. I mostly always think about developing myself so i focus on opportunites of developing my skills like:

• I never miss any chance of stage speaking and conversation with people's and i aslo give good suggestions if any one need.
• Learn from failures: failers give demotivation but i think carefully when i face any failure in my career and my life and always learn some good think from this and next time i always avoide these mistakes.
• Listening more experience people: when i stuck in any situation or when i am free, i always listen good and experienced people and actively learn.
• Studying new important contants.

3. I think the best way to Capitalize my strengths is to use them in daily life. I have very good bonding with my family and friends because i always try to think physocologial process of their mind if they were angry then found the possible solution of their problems and always try for their smiles. I know in starting it look difficult but after practice this process doesn't take time, and our subconscious mind automatically handle this .

Most frequently i speak with people's and day by day i feeling more comfortable.

4. I always look for opportunity for Growth and development and help expand my knowledge, because the human desire for growth in life and career. Considering we spend lot of time in career, it's safe to say our jobs have a huge impact on our happiness. If i have a opportunity in my interests areas like In Research in engineering, participation in professional organisations, work Assignments, helping other people's etc. I never miss these types of opportunities and trying to learn as much as possible with good affort.
