For making a house building project in order to get a well finished and furnished building first architecture comes into picture and architect decides the plan and the selection of materials like flooring, wood work , glass etc

Say for any xyz project after the initial feasibility report prepared by the architect then initiation of project takes place

project management then required and regulation of time and cost associated with the project are the key objectives.

Estimation approach like PERT analysis are used to get the proper estimation of time taken by activities and delay in order to adhere with the planned project activities time.

Responsibilities of each activity and the way of execution are decided by management and managerial skills are used to lower the risk factor

Risk analysis then done by the management and research and development team and using various tools they make risk matrices through which risk associated with each activity and important events are well known and notice in order to regulate them.

Risk probability matrices that have been formed also helps us deciding the degree of safety and measures which we have to take also helps decide which team is more capable of doing such activities by there past experiences.
