informatin from the Human Resource Department is mainly regarding
the follwing:
- Man hours needed to undertake task of production of additional
50,000 chairs without hampering their current ongoing productions
to meet previous orders and company production plans.
- Effective Availability of manpower after re-organizing extra
manpower from other productioin lines .
- Effective Number of of new employes who will be availble after
undergoing their orientation programs.
- Number of Employees needed in addition for undertaking the
additional task.
- No of vacacies can be released form their annual hiring plan
and their viability, thier employability after orientation program,
early recrutiments deffering from hiring plan vis-a-vis benefits of
undertaking additional production.
The manager will take decision then only after considering all
the information from the HRD.
