When small physical group works out in particular geographical area and due to different issue such as profit maximization by extension of existing structure it require multi sub business Unit Corporation.

One person could not be available at two remote locations hence to harmonize system it become essential to develop different strategy to run business units smoothly.

Determinant factor for geographical area involves different policy exist & enforced by local government. As health is very sensitive issue from government point of view hence different monitoring agency & constant surveillance helps government to countercheck & control health related issue.

In case of small physical group monitoring & controlling is possible. But in case of multi SBU corporation each component get properly design so that responsibility of each person involve in operation get monitor according to turn around time.
