1) A good supervisor is such that he/she knows that how much work is done or has to be done for the purpose of achieving the desired goals. A supervisor is the one who tries to enhance the performance of the workforce.

2) Solving conflicts can be done by the managers through either make the parties understand each other's points and make the conflict resolving process as transparent as possible.

3) The team can be encouraged through regular feedbacks, positive and developmental feedbacks will definitely help in increasing the performance. Also, if the team is encouraged regularly by telling them where they stand and how they can continue to increase the performance.

4) Dealing with a band employee is tricky if the employee we are talking about is a person, who is a bad employee but delivers results, then time can be invested in trying to know where the problem lies and why the employee is behaving like that. While on the contrary if the employee is bad as well as of no use to the company, then there is no sense of keeping that employee, the manager or leader should transfer or fire such an employee, before any else damage can happen.
