My choosen field of study to test the hypothesis that the cognitive mechanism of experienced person is significantly different from the cognitive mechanism of newly joined person. To validate my study, I have established the following hypothesis:

H0: cognitive mechanism of experienced person is same as cognitive mechanism of newly joined person.

HA: cognitive mechanism of experienced person is diiferent from cognitive mechanism of newly joined person.

To test this hypothesis I have collected the eye data of both experienced and newly joined employees while they are involved in abnormal and complex task using eye tracking technology.

The data of their pupil diameter is as follows:

Now I have used ANOVA to test the aforesaid hypothesis as well as my study of investigation.

The results are as follows:

Here we can see that F>F crit, it means reject the null hypothesis. It means that the conginitive mechanism of experienced and newly joined employess is different while they are involved in abnormal and complex activity.
