Some of the most important factors that have shaped the organization in the given parameters are:
Organizational theory corresponds to the functionalities using which an organization is run such as division of labour etc. which is very different from human resource management and the organizational development. Also, organizational development is different from the other two as it relates to the changes that are implemented in the organization and their performance impacts.
Human resource management in healthcare corresponds to the available workforce an organization and optimally balancing it with the forecasted demand and existing demands. It also includes that the attrition and turnover is minimal.
Operations will include all the floor work and mostly manual activity that are required to run many processes successfully such as sales or customer care centre. Financial includes the balance sheets and revenue of the organization and it deals with the flow of capital mostly. Marketing is communicating the product to the probable customers and human resources are managing the workforce that is there in the organization.
