With globalization, many business organizations have come to terms that increasingly their employees come from a range of different religious, national and cultural background. As CEO of a multinational firm operating in Ghana, with knowledge in the concepts and principles of Business Ethics offer an example and explain how you will manage your employees.
For a business employees are very much important factor and company should treat them in a vey good manner for ensuring their job satisfaction. It will also be beneficial for the company necause motivated employees will contribute more to the business. Companies should have business ethics. It should be followed strictly and never act against the ethics and code of conduct. In the time of globalization we know that the international trade is largely enhanced. So in case of multinational corporations they should be very careful for the actions they perform. They have employees from different nations and each of them are from different area and culture. So there will be many different kinds of individuals are in the firm and there should not be any discrimination. It should be deal with atmost care.
So it is very important to manage the employees of a business. They are the key factors who are performing for the firm. That should be considered. As a CEO of a business how can we manage our employees who are from different nations, culture, religion etc. The first thing is that everyone needed their individual space. Which means they have their own belief and culture. So we should not compell them to sudden change from these things. There should be proper communications so that we can know what are their needs and what kind of problems they are facing in the firm and what we can done for making them comfortable etc. So inorder to know these things there should be proper communication. We should make them feel it is our company and should provide some entreprenerial spirit and motivation for the employees. We should always try to protect their cultural factors and dont make them out of it for our business because it is always better for an individual for being himself. Then only he can make his contribution for us. Along with that we should have detailed idea about our employees means we should know their names, place, their habbits etc. It will give us some clear picture about each of them and will helps to make decisions. So as a CEO we should consider these kind of things for managing our employees.
