Formal structure can be defined as a structure that has definite roles and responsibilities inside the organisation and the structure can be written on pen and paper in form of organisational charts.

Informal structure can be defined as a structure which is based on dated interaction between the member of the organisation and usually it is not written on pen and paper as a responsibility and roles are usually kept changing inside the workplace.


Traditional framework of operation can be defined as a set of strategic activities that is traditionally being used in most of the organisation at current state. It does not include modern approaches of Management which includes using of electronic systems and other system thread

Non traditional Framework can be defined as a tool of operation that uses modern approaches of Management such as using different management system that are electronically implemented in to the organisation. Dividing do it into several theories is the essential part of this type of system that is implemented in to the organisation at a positive increasing adaptability and provision of the services in its operation.

Functional structure

Functional structure can be defined as a structure in which all the positions are group into a similar pool. In which type of organisation employees are divided into functional areas such as marketing, engineering, as well as accounting idiot each and every segment has its different administrator. The type of structure provides intensive utilisation of specialised resources.

Division structure

This type of organisational structure is divided into divisions. This is structure is usually used by businesses for growing new products or markets by opening different divisions and creating divisions of the pre existing provisional availability of the organisation.

Matrix structure

Matrix structure combination of functional and divisional structure this type of structure for these qualities of both of the structure types and improves google availability different aspects.
