WHAT IS TOTAL REWARDS PROGRAMS---
The total reward is the combinations of the components like compensation , talent development , benefits and many more . These are basically the key element for motivating the employee in an organization so that they will help the organization there best for achieving the goals and helping they to take benefits from the organisation in return of there effectiveness .
PRACTICE FOR COMMUNICATION OF CHANGES IN HUMAN RESOURCES ARE ---
1- POINTS MUST BE CLEAR -- While explaining the changes to the human resources present in the organization the points must be presented in the most effective way to make they understand the changes in the total rewards program . With the help of the clear points the employees will able to get changes easily so that they can able to plan as according to it .
2 - DESCRIBING IN A POSITIVE WAY -- If the changes will be described in the positive way then its will motivate the employees even if there benefits are deducted . With the positive way the employees will feel charged up and will target them self towards the achievement of the organizational goal.
3 - ITS EFFECTS TO THE EMPLOYEES AND THE COMPANY -- The effects of the changes in the total rewards programs must be concluded and explained in brief way . The employees have the rights to know the changes and there effects to them whether its positive for them it negative . With the explanation in brief the employees will have a trust on the organisation that they have explained every prospect of the changes to them and didn't hide anything from them .
4 - EXPLAINING BENEFITS FOR THEM -- The benefits for them must be explained so that they will get more motivated by knowing this . The cut in the past benefits and the add on of the new benefits to the programs must be explained to them so that they must know that by the cut of and the presentation of the new benefit is effective for them .
5 - CHANGES IN PERFORMING THE ACTIVITIES -- With the changes in the total reward programs , some changes must take place in the organizational activities and the workings . That changes must be explained that who much and who they have to work and in which way and which direction . So that the employees must feel clear about there area of working .
6 - EXPLAINING WAY TO ACHIEVE THE ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL TOGETHER EFFICIENTLY -- At the end with the explanation of the changes in the total rewards program the explanation of the achievement of the goal must be explained that they all have to work together to gain the goal and everyone's efforts are meaningful for the organization .
