Create your own care plan as if you were a person living in a nursing home. Think about what time you want to wake up, bathing routines, activities, etc. Be creative. Post a response to at least one of your classmates. Must be at least 300 words.

I would like to follow the Principles of palliative care which refers to maximizing comfort and pleasure rather than cure or rehabilitation by providing care through person centred approach.

I would like to wake up at 6.30 am and not before that as I need a good a d long eep to keep my head steady and active.

I would then like to have some light snacks and tea after brush and refreshment , and then some physical exercise through walk or some sports would be required to actiactivate my body and senses.

After return A bath will help me sooth my body . After bath I need some light breakfast and medication that has to be taken in morning. Then after I would like to interact with others in nursing home and share sose ideas and thought.

I would like to discuss my issue with medical experts a dDenquire about my recovery. After that I would need lunch at 12.30 pm and will require a rest of 2 hour after the lunch.

Some activity iI evening G will help me renergise again . Watching TV from 7 to 8 to know the news around the world and after that taking dinners all the pills , a light walk a dDthen to bed.

TbisTroutine will provide me comfort and pleasure.
