This document shows the details of the job and the necessary skills required to perform the duties there. A candidate must read the JD before going for the interview as many questions as re asked pertaining to the job. he/she must be ready to answer some of the very basic questions about the job so as to show that he/she is interested in working in such a job.

3. Resume: A candidate must prepare his resume as per the job profile for which he is being interviewed. This should show his education, work experiences, internships, projects, and interests. A well-drafted resume works as a marketing document for the candidate and is the first step where the candidates get rejected.
