Getting into a job interview process is quite a lengthy task and at times it is quite exhaustive and time-taken as well. Though there are many things which can be considered as good in a job interview process, there are few things which also come as bad thing about the job interview process which can be said as worrisome. Out of few, with my experience what worries me the most about the job interview process is miscommunication or communication gap. I have witnessed many interviews where there is communication gap from the side of recruiter or consultant and the applicant. At times, the interview gets cancelled or postponed but the candidate has not been informed, because of which the candidate’s time go wasted. Also, the treatment by recruiters in case of rejection of the candidates in most of the cases is worst. They don’t even bother to inform the applicants about their rejection or give feedback of the interview, which I believe is very much unprofessional.
