According to me equal Employment opportunity act would be affecting the hiring and selection process at the hospitals. As per the specific law, no employee of the organisation can be discriminated against their race, gender, sex, color, age or origin or any kind of disability of protected veteran. This is specific law is very important for production of individuals from being denied for the job opportunities regarding their age. Human resource management of any organisation is legally obliged to hire the best available candidates regardless of their ethnicity or any kind of above listed factors. Community is consistently growing and requires that each and every experience as well as skilled worker should be hired by the organisation regardless of their origin or any specific kind of other factor that is incorporated with their personality. Most of the employers at current condition want to hire young people due to the shift in the technology where the aging group of the organisation specially at our community halls behind. My application of equal Employment opportunity law, these organisations would have an obligation to create a structure of hiring where biasness or discrimination is not an option.
