Considering my organizational experience, let me explain sense making approach to organizational change, here, organizational change management team and leader will understand sense towards each change and interpret about each change, we could also determine implications of each change perspective, any changes are made considering a sense could also be changed over time, as we sense things according to some event and cues. It is highly influenced by the change leader. For example: in my company, production manager who has sensed that people are to be observed each time and production manager will evaluate their job more frequently, as he has sensed that people are taking much breaks and that could reduce their engagement with the jobs, hence, based on such sense, production manager wants to bring changes in general policies and practices. We will find some stories, events and cues as to improve our individual sense, such stories could be reasonable, however, such stories may not be fully accurate and true, here, based on such stories, change leader will keep emphasis on implications of each change perspective, they could also evaluate and interpret the current changes, how is the usefulness of each change. They could also measure the consequences associated with each change perspective.
