All these years, Corporate Social Responsibility has been struggling to be counted as a mainstream activity. However, lately, with CSR becoming a major propellant towards bringing reputed business onto the table, and fostering employee engagement, along with getting the best talent on board, the activity has gained recognition and has now transformed into an operational vertical, rather than being termed as an ancillary activity, only to be looked at towards the end of the day.

Nevertheless, a lot of organizations have now begun to acknowledge the importance of giving back something to society and encourage a healthier society. LBTC’s CSR management course in London is amongst those rarely found courses intending to introduce the participants to a lot of important and unexplored aspects of CSR, thus turning them into better CSR leaders and strategists

Transparency helps the company hold itself responsible for CSR goals. The second principle is more cultural. CSR campaigns need to permeate the entire company. They need to be driven at every level of the organizational structure.

However, I don't really believe that this necessarily could be a bad thing. In my opinion, at least with the younger CSR campaigns, all that matters is the positive impact of the campaign itself.

With regards to authenticity, it may be a tough decision to measure a company's true intent for undertaking a CSR campaign. That being said, I agree that some CSR campaigns come across as more of a "marketing" campaign than an undertaking designed to address a company's true concern for their operational impact on communities and the environment.

As corporate, we have to look out the megatrends of society. Another article I read talked about how sustainability is imperative in today’s world. In order to better improve the CSR, companies have to put this concept into their missions and start to activate themselves into this environmental society.

There a number of companies that make productive changes with their CSR campaigns. In my opinion, the most innovative CSR campaigns are the

Ones that find ways to create change beyond a company’s traditional sphere of influence. This occurs when the company engages consumers or other members of the company’s industry at such a level that the engagement leads to fundamental changes in consumer or industry behaviors.
