I will always be preferring a democratic leader because he would be looking after interest of all the stakeholders in the company and he would be more focused for the growth of the company in the long run rather looking for the unsustainable growth in the short run.

I would always be preferred democratic leader because it will help in better decision making after taking into consideration of opinions from various employees of the organisation and those who are concerned with the operations of the business so there is a complete protection of the interest of different group of stakeholders of the organisation.

Democratic leader will also be looking for providing equal opportunities and responsibilities to various levels of management through delegation of responsibilities and decentralized decision-making process.

I think it will be fit for the retail industry I am working for, because this will involve a lot of salespersons engagement and a lot of customers engagement so there should be a proper fixation of responsibilities and flexibilities in the management of the operations.

I do think that I am a democratic kind of leader and I am looking after the interest of various stakeholders in my group so I am always looking for protection of the interest of various stakeholders concerned rather than maximizing my own interest so I would always be trying to be inclusive and provide an equal opportunities for different stakeholders to make better decisions .
