In order to improve the performance of the employees we can:
1. Recruiting: We can use recruiting as a process to select better candidates which are more capable in their abilities as well as whose goals align better with ours in order to create a synergistic relationship which is further catered by the implementation process.
2. Socializing: As a matter of fact. Socializing improves not just motivation and concentration but improves work quality as the employees feel valued, paid attention to as well as the fact that socialization caterers to the basic human need also improves quality.
3. Training: training provides a better implementation in the ability of the individuals to grow as they work as well as to gain new skills or improve in the ones which they already have. Training allows fewer mistakes and better implementation when it comes to the ability to cater to the needs of the business.
4. Motivation: motivation as a factor provides a better response from individuals. We can use motivation at the workplace in order to make sure all the individuals can perform the best they are capable of. In a similar manner, we can say that when a company makes use of motivation they see increased call and response factors as well.
5. Rewarding: rewarding as a process provides motivation as well as goals as a criterion to be able to get rewarded. IN another sense we can also say that it caters to being considered as a sense of achievement for individuals.
6. Evaluating: By evaluations, we get a better view of the entire workplace, what works, which employee is better at what tasks as well as finding the bottlenecks. We can, therefore, say that evaluation provides a chance for everybody to improve which is why it helps in the process of getting better.
7. Compensating: compensating works in a similar manner of rewards in their basic implication. It also decreases employee turnover as well as factors such as retention and increasing the creative output of the employees as a result.
