* Yes, i am definitely a team player as i am very good at communicating with others and good at working with or around people. Teammates can trust me to complete my end of the work efficiently and effectively and I love working in a structured hierarchy. I am a good listener and also very adaptive in nature which gives me flexibility to work under instructions and guidance from the team leader and team members.

However, I believe, if I can work on gaining more knowledge, I can pitch in my ideas to the team and be more effective and creative. This will help my team gain an additional edge from my efforts.

** Secondly, this is evident from the recent incident wherein i was a member of the Annual day organization Team. Everybody in the team had their set of responsibilities to perform and Mr. Morris was the leader of the team, who used to assign tasks to the whole team and also provided guidance in everything. The team work helped us complete all the tasks in just 13 days, while it was scheduled to be completed in 18 days. This shows the efficiency of the team and skills and hard work of each individual on the team. The only thing lacking was the effective communication. The whole team used to meet every alternate day to discuss the progress, due to which there was a lot of information gap. If the team leader could have arranged a daily team get together, just to discuss the daily progress and challenges, we might have done better and completed the tasks even more earlier.
