SWOT analysis is the strength, weakness, opportunities and also the threats of the organization.
SWOT analysis main and the basic role is that it studies internal and therefore the external environments of the organization. It helps to acknowledge internal strengths and the weaknesses of the organizations and also the external opportunities as well as the threats.
It also helps the organization for building a good strategic plan which should meet the organization goals and helps the organization to run better.
