The Kindle also has the advantage when it comes to content as Amazon has a large collection of digital content which they can effectively use to its advantage.
Weaknesses
Even though the product is designed with innovation and ease of use in mind, it has very limited functionality when compared to anything the competition can offer, such as the iPad from Apple. It fails to be anything more than an Ebook reader which limits its audience. The pricing strategy when compared to the competition, falls a little short.
