Using your own experience in the workplace (or as a student) discuss a conflict situation that you were a part of a discuss how it was resolved.

I was working as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Techmahindra Pvt. Ltd. My job was to handle a team 6 analysts for a Fusion Servicing project of CITI Bank North America. My job included-

• Preparing the release wise test plan from the provided Business Requirement of the Citi bank testing project
• Designing the test cases based on the scenario of the assigned project in the Quality Assurance tool
• Executing the test cases based on thorough testing of CITI Bank website in Quality Assurance tool
• Finalizing the Exit report on the completion of the project

There came a time when my direct reportees were unable to submit the deliverables on time, which on the other hand impacted the client satisfaction. This scenario brought down their morale and the zeal to work started diminishing. I felt an urgent need to encourage my team members to increase the productivity. I performed one on one discussion with every reportee and gave them the feedback on their journey so far, their past successes and recognitions which in turn encouraged them to move on and perform better in future.
