As every in world faces some problems which are in fact the most critical path for the long term success of the organization, that’s what happening with Apple Inc. Apple has grown enormously in past decade that’s treated because of cultural and technical debt faced by Apple.

Two biggest problems being faced by Apple Inc. are –

The smartphone market has become PC market – Consumers stopped getting exited with the new launch of any laptops years ago as being predicted by them the laptops coming in the market are only sleeker in size and just more attractive in nature, same goes out with smartphones, as smartphones are still improving each year, but the comparative changes are so small that it cannot be noticed every time. Smartphones launching today are no better than those have dramatically being in the market for past years. This problem was faced by Apple after the launch of IPhone 6, which proved to be the one of the best smartphones in industry that that point of point, but Apple somehow managed to attract their customers for their further products but after sometime this problem took place again after the launch of IPhone 7, which offered little in a way of compelling new features apart from 3D touch and Retinal scan. A faster processor with sleek and slim size, give better graphic and better camera quality is what has become a table stake for all smart phone producers.

Innovation in coming up with next big thing –Apple gets a huge credit in changing the world’s way of coming up to the era of digitalization, first with IPods and then in a bigger way through IPhones, but now the odds of launching a new range of product by the Apple is relatively very small apart from launching new variants of similar products like IPads and I Watches into the market, the rumours have that apple is interested in self-driving cars and rumours from the organization about the company working on a virtual reality or augmented reality device are making people attracted towards Apple, but again they have to be phenomenal in nature as IPhones were.
