A change in Amazon would have been witnessed when Amazon began to launch the Amazon Prime Service.

The stakeholders of this change would inclue:

Shareholders

Employees

Customers

Explanation:

The reason for this is that shareholders may have been concerned with charging a membership fee as it may result in a reduction in sales, but at the same time the risk could also provide higher earnings, thus increasing shareholder value.

From an employee perspective this may require additional training on the program, and how to up sell the membership to customers. This communication can be done vis formal training, business process documents, and by issuing standard operating procedures.

From a customer perspective the concern would be related to price, and having to now pay for a service that was not previously charged. To address these concerns a letter/email to current customers should be sent detailing the cost of the program, but also the benefits that the prime service will provide to members.
