Gender discrimination has go to reduce significantly in the current days but still there are certain areas in many countries still suppress women in reaching out jobs that involve higher management positions as well as education. Firstly , country such as India I've already taken certain measures for the promotion of women education and empowerment by enhancing the reservation policy for women where the main objective is to who take in more women candidates in the reputed institutes for their betterment. There have also been certain areas where jobs are also reserved was certain extended for women so that the cultural pressure can get to overcome and make women work for their living. Various campaigns and promotional activities for women education and empowerment can be done that enables to spread the message for women that gender equality should be prevailed it and this could actually get to motivate them to seek higher Management positions and education on the whole.
