"Women in management positions or in positions with responsibility. It is of no shock that the history of women trying to gain more advancement in organizations is a challenge, no matter the country. While there is some progress such as countries like ours, around the world women still have very restrictive roles in businesses such as in China and in Japan. Challenges includes things such as harassment and a culture that does not embrace women as easily. There are roles they must fill, expectations that differ from men, and disadvantages such as pay in some jobs that are unfairly there."

ANS)-- In our developing world more women are coming to the field of business and other kind of jobs.And they had proved that they can work efficiently like men with out any problems.And now in different countries of the world the women is sitting in high positions and are doing many responsibility their own.

-- In China and Japan the working women is facing many different kind of problems,mainly due to their gender like ,

* The opportunities of job for women are very less in China and Japan.

* The women are facing a large discrimination because of their gender in China and Japan.

* Mainly in the work place also the women are facing different kind of discrimination.

* In the work place the women are facing the sexual harassment in China and Japan.

* The men are getting more respect and wage,but the women are not getting the respect and wage as much as the men are getting.

* Women are having less right for anything than men in China and Japan.

-- Big scholars are saying that why the women is not reaching at the top level of their job or organisation because,

** The women are not having the wish to become the top of the company and there are some of the sstructural and physical obstacle for the women to come at the top of the company.

-- some of the challenges that are faced by the women in their business field are,

-- They are having a big competition with the male entrepreneurs.This is because for a long period of time the men are doing all the businesses in all the countries.

-- One of the another thing is that the main problem in starting a business is the fund or money for starting the business.Because most of the women will not be having any kind of property of fixed deposits in their name.So that they face difficulties to get the loans due to lack of personal asset.

-- In all the countries the women are handling all kind of household works,so that they will fell difficulty to manage their business and household works.

-- One of the another challenge faced by the women is the lack of support from the family and friends and there wont be any person to guide them,so that they will feel lack of confidence in their business or job.

-- another major problem faced by the women is that the lack of education,because in the whole world lots of women are illiterate so that they will face many problems in their business like managing the business account ,understanding the legal procedures for the running of the company and also to understand the money matters.

There are many jobs that the women can do well or the women are still doing well and the jobs in which the women reached our expectations,like.......

** In the field of social service workers the women are dominated.They are expert in talking to the people and better in caring the people.In the education field also the women are dominated because mostly in all schools and collages the women are teaching,that may be around 80%.The women are also dominated in the field of home health care providers.In the field of veterinarians with doctors degree,the women are dominating because the women care the animals as their pet.
