Administration: As per administration of Namibia, it refer

- The judiciary power should be managed by the courts of Namibia
in different levels as

Commission:
- The Judicial Service Commission consists of Chief Justice,
Judge appointed by President, Attorney General and two members of
the legal profession will represent the interest of the justice in
Namibia.
Attorney
General:
- The Attorney General should be appointed by the President in
accordance with the provisions of article 32 (3) 1 (cc)
hereof.
The Prosecutor
General:
- There shall be a Prosecutor General appointed by the President
on the recommendations of the Judicial Service Commission and he
should have all qualities.
