Namibia: Namibia is a county in the South-west of Africa continents.

Namibia Justice Administration: As per administration of Namibia, it refer the article 78 for judiciary in the Namibia country. It has below key points as

• The judiciary power should be managed by the courts of Namibia in different levels as
  • Supreme court of Namibia
  • High Court of Namibia
  • Lower court of Namibia
• The courts will be independent and will not under any influence and subject only to Constitution and laws.
• No member of the Cabinet, Legislative or any other shall interface with the judiciary system and will not impact the judicial system for their functioning ion the country Namibia.
• The supreme court is the highest level of court, high court is below Supreme Court and lower level s below high court.

Appointment of Judges:

• All appointments of the Supreme Court judges and high court judges shall be made by the president of the Namibia on recommendation from judicial service commission.

Termination of Judges :

• Any judge may be removed from the office before the expiry of his/her tenure only by President acting on the recommendations of the Judicial Service commission.     

Judicial Service Commission:

• The Judicial Service Commission consists of Chief Justice, Judge appointed by President, Attorney General and two members of the legal profession will represent the interest of the justice in Namibia.

Attorney General:

• The Attorney General should be appointed by the President in accordance with the provisions of article 32 (3) 1 (cc) hereof.

The Prosecutor General:

• There shall be a Prosecutor General appointed by the President on the recommendations of the Judicial Service Commission and he should have all qualities.
