We will choose to work for functional organisation. Followings are the reasons behind it:

Functional organisation are grouped into various departments consists of similar skill manpower. It will increases the performance at the highest level.
Top level management will take budgeting decisions and allocate human resources effectively to get the best productivity in time. It is suitable to single product category.
Employees are organised according to their skills. So that the project manager is able to cut down the overhead expenses. It reduces the work load.
Better control executes higher efficiency and easy staffing. Client problems will be resolve before the deadline.

Followings are the reasons why we are not opting matrix and divisional organisation:

Organisation structure is complex and project groups are not homogeneous. So that it reduces end productivity.
No unit of command. Hence functional conflict arises.
Resource availability is low which resulted in deficiencies in production process.
