Solutions

Expert Solution

Leaders are always looked up to as living role models for the employees, organization or any other business entity. A person who is always looked upto , inspires many should fit into the typical mould of leadership and be a better and efficient leader .

Leaders influence almost all in an environment. What he does will blindly be followed by others. The trust created by the leader will always be the same and the followers opinion will  not change in any sense.

Leaders are respected so much for their dedication, hardworking and sincerity. A good leader must command respect, as he will be followed many.

Leaders must practise what they preach. They cannot be contrary to their own words.

The pleasant manners and appearance will be a valuable lesson for many. His followers would just like to follow him at any cost.

So, in any situation a leader should fit into the model of being perfect. Only then leadership will be effective and efficient. A little changes may occur but it should not and cannot change the complete portrait.

I think that employees that have a uniform look do give the company a more professional appearance. To me tattoos, piercings, and wild Hai colors do not seem very professional, however as these styles have become wildly popular over the last several years, therefore I think society has become more accepting of them. I agree that in a hospital setting each specific job title having a specific color they wear helps the patients know who they are dealing with. If...

Is it important that leaders be truthful and transparent with their employees and firm stakeholders? On the one hand, ethical leaders are supposed to show openness and candor with others, and to not deceive investors, partners, and employees. On the other hand, deception and even lying may be important to motivate employees and curry favor with outside stakeholders. Focusing on employees, research going as far back as the mid-20th century shows that positive feedback, even bogus positive feedback, motivates people...
