Leadership is an art through which leaders can inspire the ideas and thoughts of the subordinates in a definite manner to help them realize the Organizational goals. In this regard, the best way to empower leaders is to ensure that all the leaders in the Organization possess shared vision. Shared vision can help depict the image of the Organization before the stakeholders. Leaders can create a climate of trust and facilitate relationships among people in a work team by establishing certain set of Leadership Values in the Organization that regards to both ethics and job activities if the vision is clear and is jointly shared by the members of the Organization. Availing willing cooperation from my teammates shall thus help me become a good leader and thereby be my strength. This shared vision shall help to foster the climate of trust and relationship in the organization. Accordingly, the vision of the leadership system could be to bring about a culture change by integrating the law and technology into leadership practices in order to positively impact the changes in the approaches that can be thus used to bring about the desired change. Some leaders have a strong vision in place. The same is passed on to the followers by making them idealize the it for it proposes the subordinates with a brighter future and scenario than that of today’s and in addition, it also facilitates the clarification of understanding the significance of vision vis-à-vis the fellow teammates.

In this way, leadership shall be capitalized upon shared vision and empower the leaders to serve better.
