Introduction

Employee trainings are important to develop new skills in the existing employees or teaching process to the new employees. With the help of trainings, employees get chance to learn specific knowledge about their current roles. Development focuses more on future performance and employee growth rather on immediate job.

Employee trainings and development needs for this IT department are as follows:

  • ?Good development programs and trainings help the department to retain skilled employees there by growing profits for the company.
  • In hiring top talent from the market, it requires lot of money and time. So, it will be a good option if companies hire less skilled employees make them totally skilled by providing them required trainings.
  • The development programs and trainings are required to help the organization to define their strategic path.  

The objectives of the training based on the determined needs are as follows:

  • Trainings help employees in their career development. They learn new skills and technologies to do their jobs in more efficient manner.
  • After getting trained, employees do their work effectively which help in increasing productivity of the organization and hence increases the growth of the organization.
  • Development programs aids in improving motivation. It helps to retain the motivated workforce by providing them tools for their new responsibilities.
