BALANCE BETWEEN HR PRACTICES AND LABOR LEGISLATION

In the organization it is most important for the HR manager to maintain the balance between the HR practices and labor legislation. While development and execution of HR policies in the organization various difficulties are faced by the organization for example some of the employees do not like any of the policy. So we find dissatisfaction among the people due to the execution of HR policies in the organization. Most of the labor of the company go against the policies of HR of the organization. So as HR Manager of the organization I have to focus on each and every area of difficulty in the company.

MY OWN DESIGN

In this projection I have to work as HR manager, and I have to design human resource policies and practices that comply with the labor law and employment legislation and regulations in a way that I could achieve fairness for both sides: employees and employers. I have to design a plan in a way so that it can help in avoiding the conflicts in the business organization. In the organization it is very essential to maintain balance between the HR practices and labor legislation. So we have to develop our plan according to the requirements of the employees.

As HR manager of the organization some of my HR policies are given as follows -

  • Anti-harassment policy in the organization
  • No discrimination policy
  • Overtime benefits
  • Equal pay structure in the organization
  • Suitable break period in the organization
  • Focus on safety and health
  • Employment at the choice of employee
  • Bonus policy etc.

3. REDUCE CONFLICTS

According to my policies, in the organization conflicts can be reduce. Some of the ways which can help in reducing the conflicts are given as follow -

1. Focus on the employee satisfaction. It helps the organization in employee retention.

2. Culture and moral value of all the employees should be respected by the organization.

3. Issues of the employees should be resolved by the concerned department of the company.

4. Solutions of the problems of the employees should be given within specified time period.

5. In the organization there should be focus on employee motivation.
