1. Management changes: as a company growd its internal structure, strategies may chane.some employees can't cope up with it. In most of the companies decreased morale and productivity can be obtained during the periods of change.

2. Leadership development: Programmes for leadership development ; organizing and finding apt resource persons might be a challenge.

3. Compliance with the laws and regulations: Employment laws may change time to time. Keeping up with these laws is a struggle for most companies. Non compliance to these laws will affect the reputation of the company.

4. Adapting Innovation: technology is constantly changing. Getting employees to embrace and learn new technologies is a challenge for small companies.

5. Compensation : Many companies have the struggles in developing an apt strategy to develop a compensation package to employees because of the low profit to companies.

6. Work force training and development: difficulty in finding time and resources may leeds to to the poor training amd development of lower level employees

7. Recruiting and retaining talented employees: selecting the right person for the right job amd retaining them in their job are the great challenges faced by HR. Employee satisfaction amd employer satisfaction; both are important here.

8. Diversity in the workplace: cultural and ethnic diversity among employees mogt create some issues. It is a risk of lawsuits for failing to protect employees from harassment.
