Ans1st) As we all know that all these four things are affecting the patient health in the daily basis but the unavailablity of physician at a place where we need him the most is also affecting the most to the patient health because I'm critical areas of hospital like in the ICU in special wards and In HDUs where at least one physician should always be there to help the needy but One cannot found them at the time then it causes danger to patient's life

In my working area we also have to face tus problem two to three years ago but now our system is changing they have started Recruiting the physician the staff each and every Year and distribute them according to the need of that area this is not only solving this problem but also decreasing the work load , improveing the level of care and the decreasing the affect of accelerated rate of RN retirement.

Ans2)effects of all the four things on patient

  1. No proper care
  2. Increased risk of their lives
  3. Economic loss
  4. If the staff will be less then they will be burdened and no proper assessment will be done to all the patient
  5. We will be able to provide them only specific treatment to the main symptoms
  6. More patient =more work =less hygiene =more diseases not only to the patient but also to the staff.
  7. Chances of medicine error and incidence filing will increase

Ans3)things can be done to decrease the problems

  1. Proper manpower according to strength of the hospital
  2. Maintaining proper standard of care
  3. Providing in-service education and skill development program to keep new staff updated
  4. Providing all the three categories of services to the patient primary care, secondary and tertiary care to all the patient.
