Organization is a feed mill.
Let's assume that organization is in process of changing its
production line from manual to automatic hence employees at
production line may resist changes and may feel insecure .
Vision to inspire would be growth for the organization as it will
be making organization more competition & future ready and
would infact make employees job more secure, as they will be
trained in new production techniques hence would be a future ready
workforce in the industry.
Organization needs to train its manpower for the upcoming change
& there should be brainstorming sessions, communication between
employees and management to avoid any mistrust . Employees should
be motivated towards positive points of change and should be taken
into confidence for the changes impacting adversely . Management
should be advised to do a gap analysis for various business
processes and recommend mitigation actions.
The most affected employees would be who is going to be most
affected by change in above case the production line employees a
mistrust / insecurity might develop if communication is not passed
down the line correctly.
