IBM was a worldwide organization in the year 1973 with the littler size of IBMs wherever around the globe with time IBM turned into a solid brand organization all over the place and was growing faster by understanding their customers requirements and definite their needs in the mean course of time many grew well as leaders and were the chance to travel and get presentation of the organization at various locations.This caused the organization to develop increasingly bigger and more grounded in the market regardless of whether it was a major or little markets,but the manner in which the market was working begun to change and with the dynamic change so to bring it to the line with others this GIE model idea was brought into structure for the technology,structure and different variables which prompted a change of the organization.
