Mention (1) Example of Fat-Soluble Vitamin and (1) Example of Water- Soluble Vitamin and Differentiate between both of them?

Fat soluble: vitamin A
Water soluble: vitamin C
Differences:
1. Vitamin A is fat soluble and thus hydrophobic in nature while vitamin C is water soluble and thus hydrophilic in nature.
2. Vitamin A is absorbed in lymphatic circulation and stored in the tissues for future use while vitamin C absorbed in blood circulation and easily excreted out of the body.
3. Vitamin A acts like hormone while vitamin C acts like a coenzyme and catalyze many activities in the body
4.The major sources of vitamin A include green leafy vegetables, vegetable oil, fish and liver oil, while major sources of vitamin C is citrus fruits.
5. The major role of vitamin A in the body includes maintenance of healthy skin, vision, repair and growth while vitamin C is responsible for immune system, wound healing, collagen synthesis, iron absorption.
6. Deficiency of vitamin A results in impaired hematopoiecis and vision defects while deficiency of vitamin C results in scurvy and immune problem.
