ANSWER 1- vitamin C and vitamin B complex (all types of vitamin B except vitamin B12) are water soluble vitamins and vitamin K, E ,D ,A and B12 are not water soluble.
ANSWER 2- Vitamin D deficiency can lead to osteoporosis which then ultimately leads to bone fractures in adults while in children, deficiency of vitamin D causes rickets in which the mineralisation of bone does not occur due to which bones become soft and skeleton gets deformed or skeletal deformities occur in children.
why - vitamin D is involved in the formation of bones in children via mineralisation so if vitamin D deficiency occurs in children due to any reason then the vitamin D deficiency causes rickets in children and osteoporosis in adults.
ANSWER- 3 Yes, you can get adequate amount of vitamin D just by more sunlight if you are healthy enough and is taking enough sunlight to maintain normal blood levels of vitamin D but if in any case you are not able to make vitamin D in your body then the exposure of sunlight will not work good for you and in order to overcome the deficiency of vitamin D, you have to take supplements of vitamin D or you can have dietary intake of vitamin D by consuming foods which are rich in vitamin D like fish, fish oil etc.

ANSWER 5- It is not good to take high doses of vitamin 6 because the high doses of vitamin 6 than the recommended dose i.e. 100 mg/ day can leads to damaging of nerves and neurological disorders, allergy, loss of balance in feet etc.
ANSWER 6- METASTATIC- It is defined as the movement from one place to another. This property is associated with some of the cancerous cells. Cancer cells show metastatic property i.e. they move from one where they originated to another place in the body and causes cancer at that place also.
