A.   It will help me get the health insurance for me and my family from my employer end that will give adequate protection against the rising cost of health care.
B.   Increased focus upon the quality of the health care as well as prohibition of unnecessary medical expenses, treatment plans and other related expenditure. So, the actual cost of health care management will come down.
C.   Flexibility to choose the plan coverage and features and payment of premium according to the plan, has further helped in preventing excessive deductions from the salary.
D.   I also got the pre-existing disease and the employer offered me the health insurance due to the latest health care reform.
