Following are the actions to be taken to increase retention of employees in hotek:

1. A new salary scale with better benefits and greater incentivizing packages can become more alluring to employees.

2.encouraging employee voice in work environment by implementing new initiatives and eliminating the culture of devaluing employees. Perhaps it is appropriate placing some of the workers into management positions that can help to bolster confidence.

3. Motivating the current employees by reaching out in a distinct and individualized manner and articulating to them in such a way that the workers are workers are going to be essential to the new transition. It would be a "new start " thereby employees turnover is addressed and the process of retention is begun in an effective manner.

4. Providing quality food freely to employees though it costs pennies compared to losing good employees.

5. Providing training classes to employees so that making them in gaining outside knowledge and experience(like Seve safe certifications). So it.is a great incentive for them to stick around.

6. Providing opportunity for growth and advancement of employees graph of standard of living.
