Dear Sir,
Best wishes of the day. As we all know that communication is like the blood of the organization and any hindrance can cause serious issues for the effectiveness and success of the organization. We have been trying to develop the organizational culture in the hotel that can enable the restriction-free communication within the organization at the different levels of the organization.
However, while implementing these policies and setups in the organization, we have encountered the following barriers to effective communication within the organization=
Lack of transparency and mutual trust= It has been witnessed that most of the employees do not want to disclose the relevant information to the others as they do not want the full transparency that could be resulting from the absence of mutual trust
Communication style= Most of the individuals have their own style of communication as an organization does not have a standard policy that creates a hindrance in the communication
Conflicts= Due to various inter-departmental conflicts, the different managers and departments do not communicate well with each other
Cultural differences= As we are and diverse organization, thus the difference in the cultural background also poses serious challenges for the free flow of information.
I request you to kindly look into all these important factors and formulate the organizational strategy to overcome the above stated restraining factors.
